'Make Me Love You' 10th Anniversary Reissue
25th August 2015
We're long overdue for an update, and happily there's plenty of news to share.
'MAKE ME LOVE YOU' 10TH ANNIVERSARY LP REISSUE
You may have noticed some hints on our pages over the last few weeks, but we can now confirm that we are reissuing our debut album 'Make Me Love You' to celebrate 10 years since its release this month in 2005.
We're not terribly nostalgic, but the demand for this record to get another pressing has been pretty consistent, so who the hell are we to keep denying it.
And, it still sounds pretty good too.
'YOU MAKE ME LOVE - B-SIDES & DEMOS 2003-2005'
In addition to the original album, 'as our gift to you', every copy of the LP comes with; ’You Make Me Love - B-Sides & Demos 2003-2005’.
12 tracks of unreleased b-sides and demos from the period that we recently uncovered on a long lost hard drive. A lovely time capsule and insight into the workings of the band at the time.
‘You Make Me Love - B-Sides & Demos 2003-2005’ will also be available individually and exclusively as physical CD via the PVT Store.
We're excited to be returning to the stage for the first time in nearly 2 years at a homecoming show in the city of Sydney as part of the Small World festival:
September 19th - Small World Festival, Sydney
w. The Church, DZ Deathrays, Jack Ladder & The Dreamlanders, Palms and more.

Keep your ears and eyes open for more news on gigs soon.
We may have been quiet publicly in the last few months, but that doesn't mean we haven't gone and finished a new album.
It's being mixed in the UK as you read this by our friend and producer/engineer extraordinaire, Ben Hillier.
It's a real beauty too. We can't wait to share it with you in the next few months.
Looking forward to seeing your faces again at a show in the not too distant future.
28th October 2014
It's been some time since we've done a mail out, so we thought we should let you know we're alive and well.
The most important news to deliver from PVT headquarters is that the band was recently all together in Sydney working on a new album.
Hard to pinpoint what it sounds like just at the moment, but early descriptions have ranged from the Blue Man Group to Modeselektor.
Richard has returned to London where he'll be finishing up the tracking by the end of the year, and hopefully we'll have new music for you to hear in the first few months of 2015.
We also want to also take this opportunity to thank and acknowledge the Australia Council for the Arts for their assistance in funding this new recording. They're a wonderful bunch of people who do terrific things to support artists such as ourselves, and we're very grateful.
Look forward to seeing you all soon.
